The training is getting so intense now that I am starting to do it in my sleep. I did, apparently, do this 6.1 mile run, at well over 5.25 mph, and actually went up to 6.22 miles to give myself a 10k time (1:03:57 – not too bad), but I didn’t blog my run and I pretty much can’t even remember it now. I guess I’m just sorta starting to lose it. It’s the Holiday season, there’s alot going on, my work days are much less heavily-scheduled than usual, and this is the apex of my Marathon training. It won’t be long now ’till this is just a pleasant (?) memory.
