DAY ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT – CROSS TRAINING – 0 MINUTES

Apparently, I needed two rest days after my 21-mile run.  I should have done some cross training today, but it simply wasn’t going to happen.  I’m getting so close to the end that I’m starting to just not care, but I have to be watchful that I don’t just blow the last two weeks.  You’re supposed to “taper” your training, not totally quit.
