Wow, what a breeze! I don’t even have to try to reach 4.5 mph, I pretty much hit the ground at at least that speed from the get-go, so I just start the GPS and go. It was dark when I left home, but not cold, so I was out in shorts and a tank top, which I normally don’t wear out in public, but like I said, it was dark when I left home. However, it was not dark when I was doing my final mile, right down Baseline, a busy street. I felt sorta dorky at first, but then I realized I was out enjoying the air and the sunrise and all those folks in their metal cages were on their way to work. If anyone needs to feel dorky, I think it should be them, not me.
