I decided to skip this. Yesterday I thought about taking 1-3 rest days to give my knees a break and when I looked at what was coming up, there was a long run and this goofy speed run. Since I haven’t been doing well on my speed runs in the first place, I decided to let this go and just do the long run tomorrow and see how my knees felt. If they hurt, I might skip another run, but there aren’t that many more runs available for me to even skip. That Marathon is coming!!!
