I had a little bit of slipping here. I got up late and got to the gym about 15 minutes late, cutting in to my workout time because I did have a client scheduled fairly early that day. However, I managed to get my whole workout in, so I guess that was good enough. I think I did well and I was once again pleased that I was able to do the exercises with the same weights as I had used last time, which was some time ago, so at least I’m not going backwards with regard to my resistance training despite that I have totally shifted to marathon training.
