I was going to say I didn’t make my goal today, but I actually did. I intended to work in the yard 75 minutes for my cross-training today, but I woke up and got started a little late and lost interest in the job long before 75 minutes was up. I’d guess I only did about 30-40 minutes of yard work. However, I did ride my bike to and from work that must be good for at least another 26-32 minutes, putting me between 56 and 72 minutes. Then Jon and I cut out of work for about an hour today to throw boomerangs for exercise and fun and I think I probably did that for about 48 minutes, taking us to at least 104 minutes, and, perhaps as much as 120 minutes. I think it’s safe to say I did get 75 minutes of cross-training in today, it just wasn’t horribly rigorous.
