DAY SEVENTY-EIGHT – CROSS TRAINING – 60 MINUTES

Another blessedly uneventful workout.  I did all my exercises without a lot of struggle or pain and next time I go to the gym, it will be time to pick out some different exercises to give my body a change.  That should be fun.  As I was walking over to the gym, I started thinking about whether or not I was gonna cry on the dip machine today, but just thinking about it was enough to start me going, so I got my routine cry out of the way on the walk over and didn’t have to actually cry on the dip machine today, so that was nice.  I think I’m right on track with my marathon training and I’m really starting to look forward to the run and having fun doing it.
